部分境外知名高校(高校名单见附件1)2024届全日制博士毕业生,以及博士毕业于上述高校并即将从上述高校出站的博士后。在国家规定的2年择业期内未落实工作单位的2022年、2023年博士毕业生可以应届毕业生的身份参加2024届引培生招录。定向培养生、委托培养生,以及成人教育、在职攻读学历学位人员和独立学院毕业生不列入招录范围。招录对象还应符合下列条件:
1.遵守中华人民共和国宪法,拥护中国共产党领导和社会主义制度。
2.年龄要求:博士研究生年龄不超过32周岁(1991年7月31日及以后出生,本科学制五年的不超过33周岁), 博士后不超过35周岁(1988年7月31日及以后出生)。急需紧缺且特别优秀的可适当放宽年龄限制。
3.毕业或出站时间:2024届博士毕业生应于2024年7月31日前毕业,且在2024年12月31日前取得中国(教育部)留学服务中心出具的境外学历、学位认证书。出站博士后应在本招录公告发布之日至2024年7月31日期间取得出站证书。未在规定时间取得学历学位或出站的,取消招录或聘用资格。
4.身心健康,具有正常履行职责的身体条件和心理素质,符合岗位规定的体检要求。

6.存在学术不端行为和道德品行问题的,或有法律法规规定不得引进为国有企事业单位工作人员情形的,不得作为招录对象。
引培生到岗后,按企事业单位人事管理相关规定执行试用期,试用期满考核合格的,签订《引培生最低服务期协议书》(在赣最低服务期为四年,含试用期);考核不合格的,予以解聘。
1.专项奖励补助。给予每人12万元专项奖励补助,分两次发放。其中,到岗后先发放6万元,签订《引培生最低服务期协议书》后再发放6万元。工作未满最低服务年限,因引培生个人原因解除合同的,须全额退还奖励补助。
2.专项科研项目资助。引培生在签订最低服务期协议书后,可申报省级“引培生科研项目”,经评审入选可获10万元一次性项目资助。
3.到岗后参照副高级职称享受相应待遇(享受时限原则上在最低服务期内);急需紧缺且特别优秀的,参照正高级职称享受相应待遇(享受时限原则上在最低服务期内)。
4.税前年薪20万元。
5.科研启动经费25万元。
6.提供安家费、住房补贴55万元。
7.妥善安排配偶工作,配偶在编制范围内的调入,直接办理上编;配偶属非正式编制,具有全日制本科及以上学历的按人事代理安置工作;提供子女入学优惠政策;提供优质的医疗保障服务。

Full-time doctoral graduate students of the class 2024 from well-known overseas universities (see Appendix 1 for the list of universities), as well as postdoctoral researchers who have obtained doctoral degrees from the listed universities and are about to outbound from the stations of the listed universities. Doctoral graduate students of the class 2022 and 2023 who have not secured a job within the two-year job selection period in accordance with the relevant regulations of the country can participate in the recruitment as fresh graduates. Contract students, commissioned students, non-full-time students, adult education degree holders and independent college graduates are not of the recruitment target. Recruitment candidates should also meet the following qualifications:
(1)Abiding by the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China, and upholding the leadership of the CPC and the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
(2) Age requirement: for doctoral graduate students, the age should not exceed 32 years old (born on and after 31st July 1991; for the graduates whose undergraduate schooling length is 5 year, the age should not exceed 33 years old); for postdoctoral researchers, the age should not exceed 35 years old (born on and after 31st July 1988). The age requirements will be appropriately relaxed for urgently-needed applicants and those with particularly outstanding qualifications.
(3)Graduation and Outbound Time: doctoral graduate students of the class 2024 should graduate before 31st July 2024, and obtain Overseas Academic Diplomas and Degree Certificates issued by the Chinese (Ministry of Education) Service Center for Scholarly Exchange before 31st December 2024. Postdoctoral researchers outbound of the station should obtain the postdoctoral certificate between the date of this recruitment announcement and 31st July 2024. Those who fail to obtain academic degrees or outbound the station within the stipulated time will be disqualified from recruitment or employment.
(4)Being physically and mentally healthy, and having the physical condition and mental quality to perform duties, and meeting the physical examination requirements specified by the position.

(6)Those who have problems with academic misconduct or moral conduct, or who are prohibited from being recruited as staff of state-owned enterprises and public institutions according to laws and regulations, shall not be recruited.
The probationary period shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant personnel management regulations of state-owned enterprises and public institutions when the trainees come to their posts. Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period are required to sign the “Minimum Service Period Agreement for Introduced Trainees” (the minimum service period in Jiangxi is four years, including the probationary period); those who fail to pass the assessment may be dissolved.
(1)Special rewards and subsidies. Providing each trainee with 120,000 yuan as special reward and subsidy, which will be paid in two installments. Among them, 60,000 yuan will be paid first upon arrival, and the remaining 60,000 yuan will be paid after signing the Minimum Service Period Agreement for Trainees. If the contract is terminated due to personal reasons of the trainee who has not completed the minimum service, the full reward and subsidy must be refunded.
(2)Special funding for scientific research projects. When trainees sign a minimum service period agreement, they can apply for the provincial “Introduced Trainees Scientific Research project”. If projects are selected, they will receive a one-time project grant of 100,000 yuan.
(3)After arriving at the post, trainees enjoy the corresponding benefits of associate professor (the enjoyment time limit is in principle within the minimum service period); those urgently-needed applicants and with particularly outstanding qualifications will enjoy the corresponding benefits of professor (the enjoyment time limit is in principle within the minimum service period).
(4) Annual salary before tax is 200,000 yuan.
(5) Scientific research start-up funds are 250,000 yuan.
(6) Providing settlement allowance and housing subsidy of 550,000 yuan.
(7) Working opportunities for the spouse. If the spouse is the staff of public institutions, he/she can go through the procedures for staffing of public institutions directly; if the spouse is not of the staff of public institution and has a full-time undergraduate degree or above, he/she can go through the procedures for staffing of personnel agency; preferential policies are provided for children’s enrollment; high-quality medical security serves are also provided.
(8) For those with particularly outstanding qualifications, the remuneration is provided varying from person to person.
(9)According to the principle of sharing the benefits of both the university and the city, trainees can enjoy the living subsidy policy for talents of the city.
(1) After trainees come to their posts, a mentor will be arranged to provide pairing guidance and customize different training policies to help the trainees integrate into the position, make contributions and grow up.
(2) Trainees at professional and technical positions with particularly outstanding performance are given priority in professional title evaluation and employment.
