研究方向

　　本团队主要从事自由基化学、有机氟化学和金属有机化学等领域研究，包括：(1)自由基介导的醛基转化新策略；(2)氢迁移引发的惰性碳氢键官能团化反应研究；(3)炔烃的氟烷基官能团化反应研究；(4)新型5-endo自由基环化反应研究。研究成果发表在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Chem. Sic.、Org. Lett、Chem. Commun.等国内外学术期刊，受到国内外同行的广泛关注。

　　朱钢国，2005年博士毕业于中国科学院上海有机化学研究所，2005-2008先后在美国Purdue University、Indiana University进行博士后研究，现为浙江师范大学教授、博导、化学与生命科学学院院长，曾获浙江自然科学三等奖、Thieme Chemistry Journal Award。

　　应聘条件

　　1、具有博士学位，身心健康，年龄在35岁以下；

　　2、发表的论文、研究内容及选题需符合研究组发展方向；

　　3、按时完成流动站管理办法中规定的开题报告、年度考核、中期考核和出站考核；配合博士后合作导师完成相关科研工作。

　　1、年薪25万元人民币；进站后可获10万元科研启动费；

　　2、在站期间可租住学校住房，或由学校提供租房补贴1200元/月；

Opening for Postdoctoral Research Fellows in Organic Synthesis

　　Research Direction

　　The research of Zhu's group at ZJNU mainly focuses on radical chemistry, organofluorine chemistry, and organometallic chemistry, with an emphasis on (1) development of novel radical-mediated strategies for the transformation of aldehydes, (2) inert C(sp3)-H bond functionalization enabled by hydrogen atom transfer, (3) regio- and stereoselective fluoro- or fluoroalkyl-functionalization of alkynes, (4) construction of synthetically attractive five-membered carbocycles or heterocycles via uncommon 5-endo-trig radical cyclizations. So far, we have published more than 70 peer-reviewed papers, including those in well-esteemed journals such as Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Chem. Sic., Org. Lett., and Chem. Commun. 

　　Research Group

　　Zhu Gangguo, Ph.D., graduated from Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry (SIOC), CAS, in 2005, and did postdoctoral research at Purdue University (USA) and Indiana University (USA) from 2005-2008. Currently, he is a full professor at Zhejiang Normal University. As one of the Thieme Chemistry Journal Awardees, he currently serves as the Dean of College of Chemistry and Life Sciences at ZJNU.

　　Application Requirements

　　1. PhD or PhD candidates in organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, or a related field.

　　2. Published papers, research interests and selected research topics should be in line with the development direction of the research group.

　　3. Cooperate with the postdoctoral supervisor to complete the relevant scientific research work.

　　Related Treatment

　　1. Annual salary of 250,000 RMB; 100,000 RMB research fund.

　　2. The university can rent the housing, or provide rental subsidy of 1,200 RMB/month.
