课题组简介

　　郭海，教授，博导，浙江省中青年学科带头人（2017年），校“双龙学者”特聘教授（2019年），浙江省151人才第三层次（2007年），曾入选福建“闽江学者”省特聘教授（2019年）。

　　主持国基项目3项，省基金项目3项（含1项省重点），获浙江省自然科学奖三等奖（排名第1）1项，获重庆市自然科学奖三等奖（排名第2）1项。陶瓷类国际著名期刊J. Am. Ceram. Soc.副编辑（Associate Editor），《中国稀土学报》、《发光学报》青年编辑。

　　研究领域一直为新型稀土光学功能材料（实验方向），在白光LED光转换材料，稀土掺杂的氟化物微晶玻璃，玻璃中Ag成分的发光及其与稀土离子、过渡族金属离子的能量传递，上转换发光材料与发光机理等方面研究比较深入，研究成果在国内外颇有影响力。2004 年至今，在Chem. Eng. J., Sens. Actuators B Chem., J. Mater. Chem. C, Opt. Lett., Opt. Express, J. Am. Ceram. Soc., J. Alloy Compd., J. Phys. Chem. B, J. Electrochem. Soc., Nanotechnology, Opt. Mater., J. Lumin.等刊物上发表第一作者(或通讯作者)SCI收录论文110余篇，被引用4280余次，单篇最高引用420余次，H 因子为37。并成为J. Mater. Chem. C, Adv. Opt. Mater., ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces., Nanoscale, Opt. Lett., Opt. Express, Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Appl. Phys., J. Phys. Chem. C, J. Electrochem. Soc., J. Am. Ceram. Soc., Opt. Mater., J. Lumin., J. Rare Earths等期刊的审稿人。年审稿约100篇。

　　课题组仪器设备齐全，具体包括各种高温炉、气氛炉、升降炉等，大型测试设备包括粉末X射线衍射仪，紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计，荧光光谱仪（激发谱、发射谱、变温、量子效率、长寿命、上转换发光及寿命），LED光色测试系统等。

　　研究方向

　　1、年薪25万元人民币；进站后可获10万元科研启动费；

　　2、在站期间可租住学校住房，或由学校提供租房补贴1200元/月；

　　Our Lab owns complete experimental instruments, including all kinds of high temperature furnace, atmosphere furnace, and powder X-ray diffractometer, UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer, fluorescence spectrometer (excitation and emission spectra, temperature dependent luminescence, up-conversion luminescence, quantum efficiency, decay curves) and LED test system, et al.

　　1. Own a PhD in theoretical physics or a related field.

　　2. Published papers, research interests and selected research topics should be in line with the development direction of the research group.
