课题组
汪俊，教授，博士生导师。浙江省海外高层次人才，浙江省中青年学科带头人，心理学一级学科硕士点负责人。近年来，团队承担国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金、省社会科学规划重大课题、省自然科学基金、政府委托横向开发项目20余项。在Psychological Science、Child Developments、心理学报、心理科学进展、Emotion、Psychonomic Bulletin & Review、Cerebral Cortex、Journal of Neuroscience、Neuroimage、Journal of Neurodevelopmental Disorders等学术期刊上以第一作者或通讯作者发表了30余篇文章。
应聘条件
1、具有相关专业博士学位，身心健康，年龄在35岁以下；
2、熟悉且精通心理行为方法、EEG、fNRIS、磁共振、计算模型等实验设计和数据处理；3、熟悉且精通运用C++、MATLAB、R、Python等任一种或多种编程语言；
4、发表的论文、研究内容及选题需符合研究组发展方向；
5、按时完成流动站管理办法中规定的开题报告、年度考核、中期考核和出站考核；配合博士后合作导师完成相关科研工作。
相关待遇
1、年薪25万元人民币；进站后可获5万元科研启动费；
2、博士后期间，由学校提供租房补贴1200元/月；
3、博士后期间，以合作导师或本人为第一作者身份，且以浙江师范大学为第一署名单位发表的论文纳入学校科研奖励范围；
4、中期考核优秀者可获资助参加国内重要学术会议，出站考核优秀者可享受考核奖2万元人民币；
5、单项科研成果具有重大影响的可额外获得课题组奖励（0.1万-5万元）。
6、博士后人员出站考核优秀，符合所在学科招聘计划的，可直接聘用，并享受当年人才引进相关政策待遇，其博士后期间的科研成果可纳入A类博士、青年教授(副教授)、高层次青年人才培养项目等聘期目标任务考核范围。

Opening for Postdoctoral Research Fellows in Psychology
Research Direction
Lab focuses on emotion, social cognition and the research of emotional and cognitive function in exceptional children with autism, fragile X syndrome or schizophrenia. Lab members are proficient in behavioral testing, brain imaging, electrophysiology and so on.

Research Group
Wang Jun, PhD, the professor and doctoral supervisor of Zhejiang Normal University, the overseas high-level talent in Zhejiang province, the academic leader of the young in Zhejiang province, the head of a master’s program in psychology. Currently, the research group has undertaken more than 20 national and provincial programs, supported by National Social Science Foundation, National Natural Science Foundation, Provincial Social Sciences Foundation, Provincial Natural Science Foundation and governmental entrusted horizontal development programs. In recent years, we have published more than 30 academic papers in Psychological Science, Child Developments, Acta Psychologica Sinica, Advances in Psychological Science, Emotion, Psychonomic Bulletin & Review, Cerebral Cortex, Journal of Neuroscience, Neuroimage, Journal of Neurodevelopmental Disorders and so on.
Recruitment requirements
1. Ph.D. program is related to our research interest; you are physically and mentally healthy and younger than 35 years old;
2. Be familiar with or proficient in experimental design and data analysis with psychological behavior methods, EEG, fNIRS and fMRI techniques. Computational modeling are also welcomed;
3. Be familiar with or proficient in coding or debugging the experimental programs, such as C++, MATLAB, R, Python;
4. The published papers or the research contents are consistent with the developmental direction of the research group;
5. You can cooperate with the postdoctoral supervisor and group members to complete the relevant scientific research work.
Related treatment
1. The annual salary of 250,000 RMB; 50,000 RMB research start-up funding;
2. The ZJNU provides a rental subsidy of 1,200 RMB per month;
3. In your postdoc period, the published papers in which the 1st author is yourself or your co-supervisor and the 1st corresponding address is Zhejiang Normal University will be all awarded with the Scientific Research Award of ZJNU;
4. The candidates who have a good performance in the mid-term evaluation would be approved to attend the important academic conferences in China;
5. If excellently performing when you complete the postdoc period, you will be awarded an extra 20,000 RMB;
6. If one single work is excellent or has deep implications on the society or research area, the research group will provide you with an extra 1,000 - 50,000 RMB;
7. If performing excellently and meeting the recruitment criteria of ZJNU when you finish the postdoc work, you can be the lecturer or associate professor directly. Additionally, your works in the postdoc period can be treated as the works that the A-level Ph.D. workers, the associate professors, and the high-level young talents must complete.
