一、研究方向
本团队专注于低维异常量子输运性质等（包括量子体系的热化、淬火、量子多体系统的动力学性质、非平衡态系统的随机理论等），也关注由拓扑、无序、非厄米等带来的奇异量子相变和量子调控性质（包括量子少体和多体强关联体系、新拓扑物态和量子调控、量子开放系统及其性质、非厄米物性等）。研究工作发表于Phys. Rev. Lett.、Phys. Rev. A/B/E（包括Editors’ Suggestions，Rapid Communications）等国内外学术期刊，成果他引700余次。
二、课题组
高先龙，博士2001年毕业于中国科学技术大学，2001-2008在德国Ulm大学、意大利比萨高师（SNS）和美国密苏里-哥伦比亚大学做博士后研究，现任浙江师范大学特聘教授，物理学科负责人。

三、应聘条件
1、具有博士学位，身心健康，年龄在35周岁以下；
2、发表的论文、研究内容及选题需符合研究组发展方向；
3、按时完成流动站管理办法中规定的开题报告、年度考核、中期考核和出站考核；配合博士后合作导师完成相关科研工作。
四、相关待遇
1、年薪25万元人民币；进站后可获10万元科研启动费；
2、在站期间可租住学校住房，或由学校提供租房补贴1200元/月；
3、博士后期间以浙江师范大学为第一署名单位发表的论文纳入学校科研奖励范围；
4、中期、出站考核，考核优秀者可享受考核奖2万元人民币；
5、单项科研成果可额外获得课题组奖励（0.1万-5万元）。

Opening for Postdoctoral Research Fellows in Theoretical Physics
Research Interests
The group focuses on low-dimensional anomalous quantum transport properties (including thermalization and quenching of quantum systems, dynamics of quantum many-body systems, random matrix theory of non-equilibrium systems, analytical and computational dynamics, etc.), as well as on exotic quantum phase transitions properties and quantum control brought by topology, disorder and non-Hermtian. etc. (including quantum few-body and many-body strongly correlated systems, novel topological quantum matter and quantum control, quantum open systems and their properties, non-Hermitian properties). Our researches have been published in Phys. Rev. Lett., Phys. Rev. A/B/E (over 40, including Editors' Suggestions, Rapid Communications) etc..
Research Group
Gao Xianlong, Ph.D., graduated from University of Science and Technology of China in 2001 and did postdoctoral research at Ulm University (Germany), Scuola Normale Superiore (Pisa, Italy) and University of Missouri-Columbia (USA) from 2001-2008. He is currently a distinguished professor at Zhejiang Normal University and the chair of Physics Discipline.

Application requirements
1. Own a PhD in theoretical physics or a related field.
2. Published papers, research interests and selected research topics should be in line with the development direction of the research group.
3. Cooperate with the postdoctoral supervisor to complete the relevant scientific research work.
Related treatment
1. Annual salary of 250,000 RMB; 100,000 RMB research fund.
2. The university can rent the housing, or provide rental subsidy of 1,200 RMB/month.
3. Papers published/Excellent assessment during the postdoctoral position can enjoy the award from the University and the research group, respectively.
