一、招聘对象及待遇

A类：中国科学院院士、中国工程院院士、在世界一流大学和科研机构任职的国际知名学者，或与上述人才水平相当的顶尖人才。
B类：国家级重大人才工程入选者、国家级教学名师、国家自然科学基金杰出青年科学基金获得者、海外著名大学教授，或与上述人才水平相当的领军人才，年龄一般不超过55周岁。

2.水杉英才
E类：具有博士学位，年龄45岁以下，教授，或经同行专家评审达到教授相当水平的人才(人文社科类年龄可放宽至50岁)。主持或正在主持国家自然科学基金、或国家社科基金项目，或获得省部级以上科研成果奖(一等奖排名前2.二等奖排名第1)，或省部级以上教学成果奖(特等奖排名前2.一等奖排名第1)，近五年以第一作者或唯一通讯作者在本学科领域国内外高水平期刊或学术会议发表论文8篇及以上，其中至少发表国内外权威期刊论文2篇或顶级期刊论文1篇。教学、科研代表性成果突出者或紧缺专业人才可适当降低对论文篇数的要求。
F类：
(1)具有博士学位，年龄40岁以下，副教授。主持或正在主持国家自然科学基金、或国家社科基金项目，近五年以第一作者在本学科领域国内外高水平期刊或学术会议发表论文6篇及以上，其中至少发表国内外权威期刊论文2篇。
(2)在国内外著名大学或学术机构博士学位获得者或从事博士后研究两年以上，年龄35岁以下，经同行专家评审达到副教授相当水平的人才。近三年以第一作者在本学科领域国内外高水平期刊或学术会议发表论文6篇及以上，其中至少发表国内外顶级期刊和权威期刊论文各1篇。或主持国家自然科学基金1项，同时近三年以第一作者在本学科领域国内外高水平期刊或学术会议发表论文4篇及以上，其中至少发表国内外权威期刊论文2篇。
教学、科研代表性成果突出者或紧缺专业人才可适当降低对论文篇数的要求。

(二)待遇
1.水杉学者
"水杉学者"实行年薪制(协议工资，税前)，在安家费和购房补贴、科研启动经费、实验室办公条件、过渡房、研究生和博士后招收指标等方面给予全方位支持。
A类：年薪不低于100万元，提供丰厚的安家费和科研启动经费。学校根据学科发展规划，为人才提供良好的工作条件和生活待遇，全力保障人才在校安心工作、舒心生活。具体要求和待遇面议。
B类：年薪不低于80万元，发放安家费30万元、购房补贴150—250万元。提供科研启动经费，自然科学类300—500万元，人文社会科学类100—200万元。提供必要的科研和办公条件，并根据需要配备科研助手。
C类：年薪不低于60万元，发放安家费20万元、购房补贴100—150万元。提供科研启动经费，自然科学类100—200万元，人文社会科学类50—100万元。提供必要的科研和办公条件。
D类：年薪不低于30万元，发放安家费20万元、购房补贴60—80万元。提供科研启动经费，自然科学类80—100万元，人文社会科学类40—50万元。提供必要的科研和办公条件。
2.水杉英才
聘期内按国家及相关规定，享受相应的岗位的工资、福利和生活待遇，并给予相应的安家费、购房补贴、科研启动经费、周转住房等支持。
E类：发放安家费10万元、购房补贴50—100万元。提供科研启动经费，自然科学类40—50万元，人文社会科学类20—30万元。协助解决配偶工作和子女入学等问题。
F类：发放安家费10万元、购房补贴30—50万元。提供科研启动经费，自然科学类20—30万元,人文社会科学类10—15万元。
G类：享受购房补贴10—30万元;学校根据申报的项目提供科研启动费，自然科学类5—10万元，人文社科类2—5万元。
3.全职外籍人士应聘相应层次人才，按照聘期制方式聘用，享受年薪制待遇（年薪含医疗、工伤、养老、生育、失业等社会保险个人自付部分，不含配偶及子女保险）。学校根据聘期长短，提供相应的年薪和科研启动经费，具体待遇面议。

Associate Professor. Applicants should also be grantee of National Natural/Social Science Foundation projects as PI. institutions or have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in undertaking post-doctoral research overseas.
