  天津大学-新加坡国立大学福州联合学院简介

  天津大学—新加坡国立大学福州联合学院(简称“联合学院”)由天津大学、新加坡国立大学、福建省政府、和福州市政府四方共同建设。联合学院融合两校教学科研优势,致力于建设成为一所集产学研用相结合的世界一流中外合作办学学院,面向未来培养顶尖人才,同时聚焦柔性电子与新兴光电子、先进化学制造、能源材料和催化等领域开展战略性、创新性科学研究,服务国家战略需求和地方经济发展。联合学院下设三个研究中心,分别为柔性与新兴光电子中心、先进制造中心、能源材料和催化中心。联合学院现有PI 24位(12位来自天津大学、12位来自新加坡国立大学),其他教辅人员7人,博士后研究人员26人,博士研究生169人。

  一、招聘职位

  二、聘期及待遇

  1.薪酬标准:薪酬待遇标准将视应聘者的学历与经验而定。

  2.安家费:享受福建省地方人才政策配套的安家费,相关标准按照福州市相关政策执行。

  3.其他待遇:在福州通过社会化专项方式解决子女入学。

  三、岗位职责

  协助联合学院分析中心平台(以下简称“分析平台”)主任与副主任开展分析平台的建设与运行管理,为联合学院以及福州国际校区的各种表征与实验工作提供支持和服务,包括:

  1. 设备仪器维护与性能调优,用户训练(包括联合学院课题组学生与成员、拜访学者等),并向分析中心副主任和设备指导委员会提供建议等。

  2. 参与重要仪器培训,并协助分析平台主任/副主任开发设备技术/真空技术的核心课程。

  3.负责收集并汇总设备指导委员会以及最终用户对于平台建设的意见建议。

  四、资格条件

  1.遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律;热爱高等教育工作,具有良好的职业道德与师德师风;具有较强的责任感、善于合作的团队精神;具有正常履行岗位职责的身体条件,申请时年龄不超过38周岁;

  2.应聘实验工程师应具有博士学位,助理实验工程师应具有硕士学位。最高学历应从国际高水平大学或研究机构获得;对于没有国际教育背景的应聘人员,本、硕、博学位均需从中国高水平大学(或水平相当的中国科学院研究院所)获得;业绩特别突出者可酌情放宽条件;

  3.应聘助理工程师人员需要对以下至少一项实验技巧/仪器有一年或以上的使用/实践经验。应聘工程师岗位人员需要对至少两项实验技巧/仪器有三年或以上的使用/实践经验;

  6.入职后全职在福州工作。

  五、申请程序

  (五)聘任采用合同制聘用方式,受聘者与天津大学福州国际校区协调服务中心签订劳动合同。首个和第二个聘期均为3年,通过中期审查和两任期期末评估者,可签订无固定期限劳动合同。联合学院正式获批后,经本人申请,并通过天津大学人事工作规定的遴选程序后,可将人事关系转入联合学院,相关待遇按照联合学院薪酬体系执行。

  Lab Engineer, Assistant Lab Engineer TJU-NUS Joint Research Institute in Fuzhou

  1. Position: 

  Lab Engineer, Assistant Lab Engineer

  Number of Positions: 4

  2. Employment Period and Remuneration Package

  i. Salary: The salary will depend on the applicant's education and experience.

  Lab Engineer: Negotiable

  Assistant Lab Engineer: Negotiable

  ii. Settlement Fee:

  Settlement fee of local talent favorable policy in Fujian Province will be applied and the standards will be implemented in accordance with the relevant policies of Fuzhou City.

  iii. Other Supportive Policies

  Appropriate arrangements will be made to provide locally in Fuzhou for educational requirements of children of successful applicants

  3. Job Responsibilities

  Assist Director and Deputy Director of the Analysis Center Platform ("Analysis Platform") of the Joint Institute in construction and operation management of the analysis platform, and provide support and services for various characterization and experimental work of the Joint Institute and TJU Fuzhou International Campus, the responsibilities include:

  i.Equipment maintenance and performance tuning, user  training (includes any PI group students/members, visiting scientists), and advising the Deputy Director of the Analysis Center and Equipment Steering Committee on equipment-related issues.

  ii.Participate in training for important instruments and assist Director / Deputy Director of the Analysis Platform to develop core courses of equipment technology / vacuum technology. 

  iii.Collect and summarize the opinions and suggestions of the Equipment Steering Committee and end users on the platform construction.

  4. Qualifications

  i.Applicant must abide by the Constitution and the laws and regulations of People's Republic of China and be passionate for higher education. He/she should also be a good teaching role model,with an eye for rigorous scholarship, and possess professional ethics, an innovative mind and good team spirit. He/she should also be in appropriate physical condition to perform their duties and the age at the time of application should not be more than 38 years old.

  ii.Lab engineer position requires a doctoral degree and assistant lab engineer requires a master’s degree. The highest degree of both two positions applicant shall be obtained from an international high-level university or research institution. For those without an international education background, their bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctoral degree must be obtained from a high-level university in China (or an institution of Chinese Academy of Sciences with equivalent level). Concessions may be made for candidates of exceptional caliber.

  iii.An assistant lab engineer shall possess at least one year or more operation / practical experience in one of the following experimental skills / instruments. A lab engineer shall possess at least three years or more operation experience / practical experience in at least two of the following experimental skills / instruments:

  • 2D Liquid Nuclear Magnetic Resonance

  • In-situ Solid-state 2D Nuclear Magnetic Resonance

  • ESR

  • Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry / High Resolution Tandem Mass Spectrometry / MALDI-TOF

  • In-situ Variable Temperature Raman or FTIR, In-situ UV Spectroscopy

  • X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer

  • Fluorescence/Phosphorescence Spectroscopy

  • DSC, TGA + mass, BET

  • XPS/UPS/MBE and integrated UHV systems experience

  • DEMS

  • AFM

  • SEM/TEM

  • XRD

  iv.All applicants should possess good English-speaking skills in daily work and be able to read English reports and literature proficiently.

  v.Applicant shall possess a positive and learned attitude, excellent teamwork skills and be able to adapt to the changing situations during construction of the analysis platform.

  vi.Full-time work in Fuzhou.

  The Joint Institute will accept rolling applications until the position has been filled.

  v.Contractual employment method will be adopted. The labor contract will be signed between the candidate and Coordination and Service Center for Fuzhou International Campus of Tianjin University with three-year employment period for the first and the second term. Candidate may sign the labor contract with no fixed term once they are reviewed as qualified in mid-term assessment and in evaluations at the end of each term. When the Joint Institute obtains approval from MoE, the teaching and research personnel of Coordination and Service Center for Fuzhou International Campus of Tianjin University may apply for personnel relation transference from the former into the Joint Institute after passing selection process prescribed by Tianjin University. Once transferred, the remuneration will be implemented in accordance with the salary system of the Joint Institute.
