　　中国贵州人才博览会已经连续举办了6年，每年都吸引大量海内外高层次人才和专家参加大会相关活动，已成为海内外高层次人才和专家展示知识能力，实现人生价值的优质平台。今年，第七届中国贵州人才博览会将于4月27日-28日在贵州贵阳举行，贵州省部分用人单位会借助人博会引聘各类人才。中国教育在线学术桥受部分用人单位的委托，面向广大海内外高层次人才朋友发布用人单位人才需求信息，诚邀广大海内外高层次人才参加第七届中国贵州人才博览会。现将有关事项通知如下：

　　二、邀请条件及范围 

　　一是已获得博士学位，目前在国外工作的海外人才和外国专家;二是已获得硕士学位，在国外大学、企业或研究机构从事专业工作三年及以上，或正在攻读博士学位的海外人才和外国专家;三是在相关产业、专业领域具有重大影响力的海外高层次人才、外国专家和海外创新创业团队代表。

　　三、报名注意事项 

　　1、报名办法

　　符合条件的海外高层次人才和外国专家，长按下方二维码即可报名。报名链接：

　　经审核同意且贵州省相关需求单位与本人前期对接已达成邀请意向的，由需求单位向组委会申请，经组委会审批，统一发放正式的参会邀请函。 

　　已经报送过《第七届中国贵州人才博览会海外高层次人才项目征集表》的，本次不需重复报名。

　　四、旅费补助条件及标准 

　　对受邀参会的海外人才和外国专家，将按如下标准给予旅费补助：来自欧洲、美洲和澳洲国家赴贵州参会的给予7,000元人民币国际旅费补助;来自亚洲国家赴贵州参会的给予4,000元人民币国际旅费补助;来自国内其他城市赴贵州参会的按照里程给予相应的国内旅费补助。其中，从国外赴贵州参会的入境时间为2019年4月20日(含)以后(以护照上载明的入境时间为准)。此前已入境的，一律按国内相应标准给予旅费补助。

　　Premises and scope of invitation

　　First, overseas talents and foreign experts who have obtained a doctor's degree are working abroad; Second, overseas talents and foreign experts who have obtained a master's degree are engaged in professional jobs which lasts for three years or above in foreign universities, enterprises or research institutions, or are applying for doctor's degree; Third, overseas high-level talents, foreign experts and representatives of overseas innovation and start-up teams with great influence in related industries and professional domains.

　　Directly by pressing two-dimensional code for a period of time to registrate：

　　Based on approval, if the invitation has been reached between the relevant demanding units of Guizhou Province and an individual, the demanding units shall apply to the Organizing Committee for approval, and the formal invitation letter for the meeting shall be issued uniformly.

　　If the "Collection Form for Overseas High-level Talents Project of the 7th China Guizhou Talent Expo" has been submitted, there is no need for repeated application this time.

　　Requirements and Standards for Subsidy of Travel Expenses

　　For the invited overseas talents and foreign experts, the travel expenses will be granted in accordance with the following standards: For international travel subsidy of RMB 7,000 Yuan will be granted to those who are travelling from Europe, America and Australia to Guizhou; International travel subsidy of RMB 4,000 will be granted to those who are travelling from Asian countries to Guizhou; those who are travelling from domestic cities to Guizhou will be granted corresponding domestic travel subsidy based on mileage. Among them, the entry time from abroad to Guizhou is started on April 20, 2019 (inclusive) (subject to the entry time stated in the passport). those who have entered the country before now will be granted travel subsidies according to the corresponding domestic standards.

　　The specific schedule and travel subsidy standard of the Expo shall be subject to the formal invitation letter.
